Return & Exchange Policy
- Customers must return canceled products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Once Volenath.com receives the returned product, it will be sent back to the vendor within 10 days.
- The vendor must rectify, exchange, or refund the product or allow Volenath.com to exchange the stock in hand (SIH) with the customer within 15 days.
- The return period will only be considered from the date of delivery if the product received is defective, damaged, or different from what was displayed.
