Once the customer raises a refund request within 7 days from the date of receiving the goods, they must state the “Reason for Return.” We are liable to accept return requests only for the following reasons:

  • If the item/product was defective.
  • If the item was damaged during shipping.
  • If the products were missing or the wrong item was shipped by the vendor.

When the customer provides the reason, we will validate the provided information and take the necessary action. The customer will be informed about the "Approval/Rejection" of the replacement request. If the reason is valid, the customer must return the product to Volenath.com. Only after the return of the product will Volenath.com be obliged to provide a replacement product. If a replacement product is not available, Volenath.com will issue a refund, and the customer must accept the refund instead of a replacement.

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the options below:

  • The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.
  • The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method selected.

After we receive your product (with in 7 working days) and it undergoes a quality check (1-2 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:
